Concept Enterprises SL-10 Solar LED Lantern feature bright LEDs and a compact, attractive design in a weather and impact resistant ABS plastic for long lasting durability. This system is engineered for outdoor weather and can be easily installed in various configurations with minimal tools and effort. You don't need to wire anything or involve electricity because it is powered exclusively by the sun. The SL-10 is an energy efficient alternative for a portable hand-held lantern. It has the ability to automatically come on at night with the integral Photocell light sensor, as well as a manual On/Off switch, and can last up to 7 hours on with a full charge of the 1.2V 1300mA Ni-MH by 2 battery. Eight super bright LEDs cover 80-Square Feet. emitting 50 Lumens of light. The SL-10 comes one set per package, including a Ply-Crystal Solar Panel and integral photocell sensor. Benefits of solar lighting include the environmental aspect as that it does not contribute to global warming in any way because there are no emissions. There is no risk of electrocution, and the lights are cool to the touch, making them safe for children and pets.
